We understand that purchasing a luxury vehicle is not just a transaction, but a long-term investment, and we want you to feel confident, secure, and satisfied with your purchase. To ensure that your buying experience is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible, we have created the following Return Policy.

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are delighted with your vehicle. Our return policy allows for returns and exchanges within a reasonable period, provided the vehicle meets the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

At FABUPCITEINO, we offer returns under specific conditions to ensure that our customers can make informed decisions and enjoy the best possible experience when purchasing from us. Please read the following eligibility requirements carefully:

  • Eligibility Criteria: Returns are only accepted for vehicles that have been purchased directly from FABUPCITEINO. Vehicles purchased through third-party vendors, brokers, or other external platforms are not eligible for return.
  • Time Frame: You may initiate a return request within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or pickup. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. The 14-day period is based on the delivery date, which will be verified by tracking information or the vehicle pickup date.
  • Condition of the Vehicle: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was when it was delivered or picked up. The vehicle should be free from any damage, wear and tear, modifications, or alterations. The mileage of the vehicle must not exceed 200 miles from the time of delivery or pickup.

2. Return Process

Returning a vehicle to FABUPCITEINO is straightforward, and we want to ensure that the process is clear and easy to follow. The steps for returning a vehicle are as follows:

  • Contact Us: To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Service team by calling (205) 932-6872 or emailing us at info@fabupciteino.com. You will need to provide your order number, the vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), and a brief description of why you would like to return the vehicle.
  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and, if the return is eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization. This will include instructions for returning the vehicle and any necessary documentation.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving the returned vehicle, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions. The vehicle must be in its original condition, and we will verify mileage, physical condition, and any alterations. Please note that if the vehicle does not meet the return criteria, we may not be able to process the return.
  • Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, you will be offered either a full refund or a vehicle exchange depending on your preference and availability of comparable vehicles. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method and processed within 14 business days. If you choose an exchange, any price difference will be calculated based on the vehicle’s current value.

3. Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase, there are some conditions under which returns will not be accepted. These include:

  • Customizations: Any vehicles that have been customized or altered in any way after purchase (e.g., custom paint jobs, aftermarket parts, etc.) are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Defective Vehicles: If the vehicle is returned for reasons unrelated to its condition, such as a change of mind, dissatisfaction with color or model, or personal preference, it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Damages Caused by Customer: If the vehicle has been damaged or altered due to misuse or accidents caused by the customer, it will not be eligible for return.

4. Defective or Damaged Vehicles

In the unlikely event that your vehicle is defective or damaged at the time of delivery or pickup, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please follow the steps below if you believe your vehicle is defective or damaged:

  • Notify Us Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the vehicle to report any defects or damages. Failure to notify us within this time frame may result in the voiding of your return eligibility.
  • Return of Defective Vehicle: If the vehicle is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange. Our team will work with you to arrange for the vehicle to be returned to us and to provide a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds and Charges

  • Refund Process: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed back to the original payment method. The refund amount will be for the full purchase price of the vehicle minus any applicable fees for damages, missing parts, or excessive mileage. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable. In cases where a vehicle is returned for reasons other than defect or damage, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
  • Restocking Fees: FABUPCITEINO reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 5% of the vehicle’s purchase price for returns that are processed outside of the return window or are not in compliance with the return conditions.
